About the Role
About JSP London We are building a beautifully crafted studio space in London, centered around transformative movement on our authentic Legacy apparatus. At JSP, we believe our environment is everything. We are creating a space that feels premium, welcoming, and deeply supportive for both our clients and our growing team.
The Role We’re looking for thoughtful, professional teachers who value strong studio culture, attention to detail and the integrity of the classical Pilates method. As we expand into London, we’re looking to grow a team that cares deeply about the work, our client experience and being part of a supportive studio environment.
What You'll Do:
Guide the Practice: Deliver exceptional, tailored instruction in 1:1 Solo, 1:2 Duet, and small group settings using classical apparatus.
Elevate the Client Experience: Make every client from complete beginners to advanced movers feel fully supported, seen and empowered in their movement.
Uphold the Method: Maintain the integrity of the classical Pilates method, providing precise cues, hands-on adjustments, and personalised corrections that help clients build true momentum.
Foster the Culture: Contribute to a calm, positive, and collaborative studio atmosphere, working closely with the Studio Manager and the rest of the team to set the rhythm of the day.
Maintain the Space: Bring a sharp eye for detail to your teaching and the studio floor, ensuring the apparatus and space are left beautiful and ready for the next client.
About You:
You are a comprehensively certified classical Pilates instructor with a deep understanding of the method and the apparatus.
You have a warm, grounding presence and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve transformation in their posture, strength, and mobility.
You are highly professional, reliable, and take pride in the energy you bring into a room.
You value community and are excited by the opportunity to help build a brand-new studio from the ground up alongside a dedicated team.
