We’re bringing both our Classical Mat and Full Comprehensive / Bridging programmes to a central London location, creating a more accessible base for those wanting to train with me.

600 Hour Classical Comprehensive / Bridge - June Intake

This programme teaches the full Pilates system Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chairs and Barrels and how the exercises interconnect, build and progress the body.

200 Hour Classical Mat

This is more than a Mat course. You’ll learn how to build, set up and teach the classical Mat as part of a system, understanding how it connects to and supports the wider Pilates method not just a collection of exercises.
