About JSP London We are building a brand-new studio space in London, and we are looking for a dedicated Studio Manager to help us bring it to life from the very beginning. The Role This role is about much more than standard operations. it’s about helping shape the feeling and rhythm of the studio day to day. As our Studio Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our space. You will lead by example, ensuring that our studio runs flawlessly while maintaining an atmosphere that is consistently calm, inviting, and positive.
What You'll Do:
Set the Tone: Oversee daily studio operations while cultivating a calm, welcoming, and well-run environment.
Elevate the Experience: Champion impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every client has an exceptional and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Lead the Team: Support, guide, and positively influence our growing team, acting as a grounding presence for staff and instructors alike.
Navigate the Rhythm: Gracefully handle busy environments and operational pressure without letting it impact the positive atmosphere of the studio.
Build with Us: Play a foundational role in building the JSP community and culture from the ground up.

Role Details
Location: Central London - Zone 1
Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Compensation for the role includes additional opportunities to earn through teaching, education, and teacher training involvement for the right candidate.
