Reading the Body - Effective Cueing
Learn to see more, cue less and create meaningful change in your clients.
One of the most requested workshops from James Shaw’s Balanced Body on tour, this practical workshop explores how to assess movement in real time, identify compensation patterns and choose cues that create immediate changes in the body.
You’ll learn how to move beyond simply teaching exercises and begin reading the person in front of you, using observation, classical principles and purposeful cueing to improve movement quality and client outcomes.

Exploring the Classical Reformer Repertoire
This workshop is for anybody who is classically curious and wants to learn more about the Classical Reformer and its repertoire. Together we’ll explore how the exercises fit together as a system, how each exercise prepares the body for the next, and how skills are progressively built throughout the method.
Whether you’re a contemporary teacher, trainee or dedicated practitioner, this practical workshop will give you a deeper understanding of the logic, flow and intention behind the Classical Reformer while helping you experience the original method in action.
