This Advanced mixed apparatus class using two pieces of equipment Reformers, Towers or Wunda Chairs in a circuit-style format. You’ll split your time between both, switching halfway through the class.

Full-Body Workout

Expect a full-body workout that taps into the classical Pilates system to build strength, endurance, stamina.

Dynamic & Energising

It’s a dynamic and energising session design to work across more of the classical system in one session. You’ll get variety, a solid full-body workout.
