We offer donation-based classes where the donations made go to People Dem Collective and Rise Up Clean Up our local charity initiatives helping facilitate change and working to support Margate.

RISE UP, CLEAN UP

RISE UP. CLEAN UP. is a community-driven social initiative with a mission to clean up Margate’s beaches and protect the local coastline, ocean and native wildlife. 

Set up as a result of the excessive amount of litter left on Margate’s beautiful beaches.

    This open-level session focuses on the spine shapes and moving your body through all planes of movement to build a full body workout with strong focus on the abdominals and core.
