Virtual Pilates Classes
My mission for this on demand platform is to create a space for learning and happy Pilates classes! My unlimited Pilates class members area is a space created to providing high quality Pilates classes across the Mat & studio apparatus. I wanted to share my knowledge and viewpoint of the Pilates method in a fun and inspiring way to support my private students to have a personal Pilates practice at home between in person sessions.
My virtual Pilates platform shares my passion, ideas and concepts on how I teachers and choose to programs and patterns sessions which in turn will help to build skills and knowledge within my students and sessions. Our weekly live virtual mat class will help to put this into practice and support your learning journey and deepen your practice. I do this in a energised and empathic way giving my students an inclusive space to feel inspired and have constant access to Pilates.
