Arrive ten minutes before your first class. Comfortable, fitted activewear; grip socks recommended for apparatus. We'll show you the space, walk through the setup and answer anything that's on your mind before you start.

Parking

Parking near the studio is limited and usually restricted during the day. Some nearby spaces may be free outside controlled hours, but we recommend checking local signage or using public transport where possible.
